An afternoon between technology and accessibility with the event organized by FightTheStroke On the occasion of Milan Digital Week 2019

The first video-shooting workshop with the micro-Steadycam was held on 17/3/2019 in Milan for #hemikids https://www.milanodigitalweek.com/eventi/corso-di-fotografia-urbana-con-la-micro-steadycam-per-hemikids/?fbclid=IwAR2VXNazKIZXl_iXbn4OWyjysdNGc6XZVLgbbHqeJm7Y5Bt1xiHbpIVk79M

Housed in the new urban centre of Viale Pasubio, in the Microsoft House showroom, 10 children and 30 adults participated, who enjoyed experimenting with the DJI Osmo pocket, a tiny steadycam that sits in the trousers pocket and can allow Even to those who have a more unstable use and with only one hand to carry out urban shots of great effect. One of the few free events for children during the Milan Digital Week, which allowed us to tell an urban space from another perspective and to teach, thanks to technology, a new ability to children diagnosed with cerebral Palsy infantile Unilateral and to those who may have a different permanent, occupational or situational ability.

After Introductory games and the presentation of the Steadycam, the children in pairs alternated in the experimentation, in the double role of directors and actors, thanks to the collaboration with Andrea Ruggeri and Vanessa Gonzalez.

The Day ended with the snack and the vision together of the video artifact produced by the children.

Thanks to Lorenzo, Riccardo, Giulio, Rudy, Leonardo, Fabia, Ricky, Giacomo , Andrea and Mario and the next challenge!
